Welcome to our returns page. Use this page to make yourself aware of what our return policies are. Failure to follow the instructions on this page will disallow you from returning your purchase to us in the event that you feel that need needs to be addressed. Shipping your purchase

Your purchase will be sent and delivered via some traceable, insurable method, such as the United States Postal Service, Federal Express or United Parcel Service. All purchases must be signed for by an adult 18 years of age or older and whom must possess a valid state ID. This measure is enforced for your protection and our own. For you, because we don't want you to lose product that you have paid for by failing to follow our policies and practices, or, due to the fact that your credit card was defrauded, or, a friend, family member or other person known, or not known to you, tries to intercept your purchase during its delivery from Silver Wishes.

Receiving your purchase

Upon receiving your merchandise from Silver Wishes, please open your purchase promptly and inspect it. You have 24 hours from the time that your package shows as being delivered by the authoritative delivery agent, to decide whether or not your purchase is acceptable to you. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, immediately contact Silver Wishes via our Contact Us page during the 24 hour period immediately following the noted time of delivery. Failure to follow this instruction will automatically forfeit your right to return or recourse. There will be no exceptions, and this page as posted, will be used as evidence to support any claim or counterclaim.

Assigning an RMA

Upon receiving your request to return, Silver Wishes will contact you via your valid email with an RMA. An RMA is known as a Return Merchandise Authorization. Your RMA will be assigned a number, this number should be displayed clearly on the outside of your packaging with a copy of the number to be included inside you return.

Return Shipping Costs

You, the customer, will be responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise to Silver Wishes. Please be sure to register your package correctly, double check addresses and all other pertinent information, purchase any additional insurance to cover any loss you might incur involving the return of our merchandise. Failure to follow this instruction will automatically forfeit your right to return or recourse. There will be no further remedy offered or applied to your purchase.

Receiving your purchase back at our location

All RMA returns will be recorded by video as we open the package. This is for your, as well as our protection. Videoing the opening of the box helps ensure to our customers that all precautionary measures have been taken so that are customers understand that we operate with morality and integrity. If the package that you returned to us is empty, as evidenced by the video recording, you will be supplied with a copy of the video as evidence that we never received your return and you will not be refunded any monies. Upon receiving our merchandise, and after inspection to assess whether are products have any damage, you will receive an email stating that we have received your return and that it has been accepted and that we are processing your refund.

Processing your refund

Your refund will be processed after final determination. Silver Wishes will issue a refund to you in the form of a check. Silver Wishes will not honor any charge backs, or attempts to charge back, any payment made by credit card, ATM or other electronic means, for any merchandise purchased by you the consumer from us the supplier. You will receive your refund via United States Postal Service only. We will send the refund via traceable mail only. Receipt of the refund must be received by an adult 18 years or older with appropriate ID. This page will be used at or for any proceedings against Silver Wishes as to our policies on refunds to our customers.

Silver Wishes merchandise are manufactured to a high degree of excellence using only top of the line industry supplies and quality controls. We apply the 24 hour time period rule due to this fact.
